Introduction

Welcome to Rapid Serving. By using our website or mobile application, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These terms govern your relationship with us, whether you are a customer seeking services or a service partner (technician) providing them.

Platform Integrity & Direct Dealing

For Partners: Service providers are strictly prohibited from soliciting customers for direct work, sharing personal contact details for future projects, or bypassing the platform. All future work with a customer introduced through Rapid Serving must be booked via our platform.

For Customers: To protect your service warranty and safety, please never agree to book a technician directly. If a technician asks you to bypass the company or provides a personal number for future work, please report it to us immediately.

Violation of this clause results in immediate termination of the Partner's account and forfeiture of any pending payouts.

Customer Safety & Quality

Unsatisfactory Work

If a job is not performed to professional standards, customers must report the issue within 24 hours of job completion. We will investigate and arrange a re-visit or refund if applicable.

Payment Disputes

Only payments recorded within the app are protected. Rapid Serving is not responsible for any additional cash payments made to technicians that were not authorized through the booking system.

Cancellation

Bookings can be cancelled up to 2 hours before the scheduled time. Frequent last-minute cancellations may result in account restrictions.

Partner Code of Conduct

Partners must maintain professional behavior and arrive on time for all scheduled appointments.
The use of sub-standard materials or charging customers more than the company-approved rate is strictly forbidden.
Partners must update their job status (On the way, Working, Done) accurately in real-time.
Any damage caused during service must be reported to the company immediately.

Limitation of Liability

While Rapid Serving conducts background checks, we act as a facilitator connecting users and independent contractors. We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from service performance beyond the booking value.
